Aaron Goff

 

Aaron started his racing career in 2003 in the Dare Stock division. After a successful rookie campaign in 2003, consisting of 8 top 10, 2 top 5 and one 3rd place podium finish, Aaron had an impressive sophomore season in 2004, posting his first feature event win and several top five finishes. In 2005 he was a consistent top 5 point contender and also a fan favorite for Stafford 's most popular driver award in the Dare division. Taking a year off in 2006, Aaron spent the 2006 racing season as a chassis specialist for a top Late Model team. Aaron returned to the track in 2007, joining the Willie Hardie racing team and piloting the #7 SK Light Modified at Stafford Motor Speedway. Aaron's 2007 campaign rewarded him with two podium finishes, a second and a third. For 2008, Aaron will be piloting the Cliff Nelson Motorsports #90 SK Light Modified, with Jordan Craig Machinery as a sponsor.

Aaron grew up watching his father, Jay Goff compete in the late model division at Stafford and Thompson Speedway during the 1980's. His father's knowledge and coaching have shown positive results in Aaron's life on and off the race track.

Aaron, a South Windsor, CT native currently owns a home in Stafford Springs , CT with his wife Tracy. He is employed as a licensed sprinkler fitter. During the off season he enjoys honing his driving skills by racing indoor go karts and rebuilding his race car.
